Nicolas Rubeiz, Director - Franchise & Retail Development Services
Nicolas has 19 years of experience in retail management, corporate finance, and management consultancy. His career has seen him fill senior positions in major business houses across different sectors, including Azadea Group, GIMCO Holding, BLOM Bank, Hiess & Associates, and Tams - Louis Berger. More recently, he was Managing Director of Spadamco Holdings. Nicolas holds a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut, an MBA from Concordia University (Canada) and a Certificate in Strategic Finance from IMD (Switzerland). He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Middle East Council of Shopping Centers (MECSC), and the Canadian Business Council in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Mr. Rubeiz works with Franchise Marketing Systems clients to develop, manage and oversee Middle Eastern Franchise strategy and implementation for the MENA region. His extensive work has included working with organizations through all facets of the franchise development process when entering and expanding throughout the Middle Eastern markets. With the Middle Eastern region continuing to experience significant levels of growth, the area remains one of the hottest areas for franchise expansion.
