Miami, FL – Mr. Carlos Ruiz has been a marketing consultant to the franchise industry for over 20 years.  His focus has been  primarily working with area developers in opening franchises throughout their territory.  His most recent experience was with Packmail in selling and marketing franchises for the 415 location franchise chain.  Mr. Ruiz has been a franchise broker and franchise marketing specializst for several decades and worked closely with several major systems within the franchise industry.

Mr. Ruiz has also owned and operated a large insurance company that did business throughout the SouthEastern United States including Florida, Georgia and Alabama.  Mr. Ruiz is currently representing Restoration 1 out of Miami and marketing franchises to potential franchise partners for the organization.  Mr. Ruiz has a focus in Franchise Marketing and Franchise brokerage work, his expertise has been built through his own entrepreneurship and in working with franchisors throughout the State of Florida.  Mr. Ruiz is married with three children and currently resides in South Florida.
