Mr. Pallas has spent the past thirty years as an entrepreneur and business consultant. His work as a franchise consultant and business advisor has ranged from working with global corporations to that of small business start ups.
Mr. Pallas founded a franchise system in the 1990's by the brand of Heidi's Frozen Yogurt. He built the franchise organization to over 250 units and was able to sell the organization in its entirety after a successful franchise expansion program.
Mr. Pallas has worked extensively in International Franchising in addition to franchising throughout the U.S. He is currently based in Laguna Beach, California and provides franchise consulting services in and throughout the Western United States.
